境外媒体对我国国际警务合作的反应及分析

摘　　要：国际警务合作是不同国家警察机关之间的合作执法行为,具有天然的政治属性和外交属性,容易成为境外媒体的关注热点。在整理统计境外媒体反应态度的基础上,进一步梳理报道主要关注点和词频,发现外媒有关中国国际警务合作的评价中不乏正面反应,但主流英文媒体的报道呈现了较明显的负面态度,且存在较多不实内容,对警务合作工作的正常开展造成了不利影响。中国应在提高对外发声能力、积极构建国际话语权的同时,保持战略定力、坚持合作共赢,不断扩展警务合作的广度和深度,推动构建普遍安全、共同繁荣的人类命运共同体。International police cooperation is a collaborative law enforcement activity among police agencies of different countries,inherently possessing political and diplomatic attributes,making it the focus for overseas media.By organizing and analyzing the overseas media responses,further delineating the main focus and term frequency of coverage,it is found that overseas media evaluations of China's international police cooperation include positive responses.However,mainstream English-language media reports exhibit a notably negative stance,often containing inaccurate content that detrimentally impacts the normal conduct of law enforcement cooperation.In response,China should enhance its external communication capabilities,actively build international discourse power,maintain strategic composure,uphold a spirit of win-win cooperation,continuously expand the breadth and depth of police cooperation,and promote the establishment of a community of shared future for mankind with universal security and common prosperity.
