摘 要:优化农业策略,提升灌溉水的利用效率,对于缓解水资源匮乏及相关的环境问题具有至关重要的作用。在遵循代表性、可行性与稳定性准则的基础上,根据榆林市灌区的分布特点,选取31个样点灌区,对所选样点灌区的灌溉水有效利用系数进行计算,再利用加权平均法,以毛灌溉用水量作为权重获取不同规模灌区的系数,对全市2023年灌溉水有效利用系数进行评估和合理性分析。结果显示:首尾法的应用简化了测算工作流程,降低了不确定因素的影响,使得测算过程更为便捷且结果更具可靠性。2023年榆林市农田灌溉水有效利用系数为0.570,其中中型灌区灌溉水有效利用系数为0.4671、小型灌区为0.4939、纯井灌区为0.8041。该研究结果可为政府部门在灌区节水工程的建设和管理、运行和投资等方面进行科学决策提供参考。Optimizing agricultural strategies and improving the efficiency of irrigation water use play a vital role in alleviating water scarcity and related environmental problems.On the basis of following the principles of representativeness,feasibility and stability,31 sample irrigation areas were selected according to the distribution characteristics of rrigation areas in Yulin City.The effective utilization coefficientofirrigation waterin the selected sampleirrigation areas was calculated,and then the weighted average method was used to obtain the coefficients of irrigation areas of different sizes with gross irrigation water consumption as the weight,and the effective utilization coefficient of irrigation water in the city in 2023 was evaluated and analyzed for rationality.The results show that the application of the head-to-tail method simplifies the calculation worklow,reduces the impact of uncertainfactors,makes the calculation process more convenient and theresults morereliable.In 2023,the effective utilization coefficient of farmland irrigation water in Yulin City is 0.570,of which the effective utilization coefficient of irrigation water in medium-sized irrigation areas is 0.4671,that in small irrigation areas is 0.4939,and that in pure well rrigation areas is 0.8041.The results of this study can provide a reference for government departments to make scientific decisions in the construction,management,operation and investment of water-saving projects in irrigation areas.
