摘　　要：HSE标准化建设是在安全生产标准化的基础上,融合健康、安全及环保的各项要求,以实现健康、安全、环境的标准化管理。文章对基层站队HSE标准化建设过程中存在的理解不到位、建设标准不高及人员素质提升缓慢等问题进行了原因分析,提出了针对性的改进措施,总结了HSE标准化建设中的一些典型经验做法,为HSE标准化建设提供参考。HSE standardization construction is based on the standardization of safety production,integrating the requirements of health,safety and environmental protection to achieve standardized management of health,safety and environment.This paper analyzes the reasons for the problems existing in the process of HSE standardization construction of grass-roots station teams,such as inadequate understanding,low construction standards and slow improvement of personnel quality,puts forward targeted improvement measures,summarizes some typical experience practices in HSE standardization construction,and provides reference for HSE standardization construction.
