摘　　要：化工行业施工过程中,尤其是在高风险施工环境中,安全管理至关重要。文章探讨了化工行业施工的安全管理现状,重点分析了作业人员的心理因素对安全行为的影响。通过对安全心理学、压力与安全行为、风险感知与决策、群体行为与从众效应等方面进行分析,揭示了心理因素在安全管理中的重要作用。在此基础上,提出了改进化工行业施工安全管理的建议,包括加强心理健康教育与培训、建立心理支持与辅导机制、优化安全文化与氛围、应用心理学理论改进安全管理实践。通过这些措施,切实提升施工人员的安全意识和行为规范,减少安全事故的发生,保障施工人员的身心健康和工作满意度,从而实现企业的安全生产目标。In chemical industry construction process,especially in high risk construction environment,safety management is very important.The present situation of construction safety management in chemical industry is discussed,and the influence of psychological factors on safety behavior of workers is analyzed.Through the analysis of safety psychology,stress and safety behavior,risk perception and decision,group behavior and conformity effect,this paper reveals the important role of psychological factors in safety management.On this basis,the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve construction safety management in chemical industry,including strengthening mental health education and training,establishing psychological support and counseling mechanism,optimizing safety culture and atmosphere,and applying psychological theory to improve safety management practice.Through these measures,effectively improve the safety awareness and code of conduct of construction personnel,reduce the occurrence of safety accidents,ensure the physical and mental health of construction personnel and work satisfaction,so as to achieve the safety production goals of enterprises.
