摘 要:化妆品引入活性成分促进透皮吸收已逐步普及,透皮吸收的效果将直接影响到化妆品的效果。文章分析了化妆品活性成分的促渗透原理,并对新型促透剂异山梨醇酐二甲醚(DMI)的促透原理和性能进行了探究,并进一步采取荧光素钠渗透法对DMI的促渗透效果开展了实验验证,以期为化妆品新型促透剂的研发提供新的思路和方向。The introduction of active ingredients in cosmetics to enhance transdermal absorption has gradually become prevalent,and the effectiveness of transdermal absorption directly impacts the performance of cosmetics.This article analyzes the principles of promoting penetration of active ingredients in cosmetics and delves into the penetration-enhancing mechanism and properties of the novel penetration enhancer,dimethyl isosorbide(DMI).Furthermore,a fluorescein sodium permeation method is employed to experimentally verify the penetration-enhancing effect of DMI,aiming to provide new insights and directions for the development of novel penetration enhancers in the cosmetics industry.
