摘 要:结合本工区化学除盐离子交换器的具体运行情况,文章分析了由于工况不同导致制水量波动大,原水水质差、定扩疏水回收不合理以及离子交换器内有效树脂减少导致周期制水量下降、电导表原因及阴阳树脂混合导致再生后电导高等现象,提出了统一再生液法、预处理工艺改进及设备检修、改变定扩疏水去向、及时补充树脂和更换电导表电极、分离阴床内阳树脂等相应解决措施,对离子交换器的长期稳定高效运行具有重要意义。Combined with the specif ic operation of the chemical demineralization ion exchanger in this work area,the paper analyzes the phenomena of large fluctuation of water production due to different working conditions,poor raw water quality,unreasonable hydrophobicity recovery,reduction of effective resin in the ion exchanger leading to the decrease of periodic water production,and high conductivity after regeneration due to conductivity meter reasons and mixing of yin-yang resin.The corresponding solutions,such as unifying the regenerated liquid method,improving the pretreatment process and equipment maintenance,changing the direction of f ixed expansion drain,replenishing resin in time,replacing the conductance meter electrode and separating the positive resin in the negative bed,are put forward,which are of great signif icance for the long-term stable and eff icient operation of the ion exchanger.
