优化型解卡液在高含硫气田油基钻井液中的应用

摘  要:川东北高含硫气田为超高含硫油气藏,目的层飞仙关组具有地层压力系数低、储层渗透性好等特点,使用的钻井液密度高,极易发生压差卡钻,若处理不当或处理时间过长,会进一步引发井壁失稳、硫化氢溢出和溢流等井下二次事故,严重时会导致填眼侧钻,造成钻具埋井和井眼报废等重大工程事故。通过分析飞仙关组地层特点和卡钻性质,在其他解卡手段效果不佳和条件受限的情况下,参考常规油基解卡液的解卡思路,摸索出一种适用于解除高含硫气田飞仙关组压差卡钻的优化型解卡液。应用结果表明,该解卡液在处理高含硫气田飞仙关组压差卡钻中,具有解卡成功率和效率高、与油基钻井液配伍性好、操作工艺简单等优点,在高含硫区域具有良好的推广应用前景。The Feixianguan Formation of the target layer is characterized by low formation pressure coeff icient and good reservoir permeability.The drilling fluid used is of high density,which makes it easy to get pressure differential sticking.Improper treatment or too long treatment time will further lead to wellbore instability,hydrogen sulf ide overflow and overflow,and other downhole secondary accidents,which will lead to hole f illing and sidedrilling in serious cases.It causes major engineering accidents such as drilling tool burying and hole abandonment.Based on the analysis of the formation characteristics and stuck properties of Feixianguan Formation,an optimized stuck solution for the Feixianguan Formation in high sulfur gas f ield was found by referring to the conventional oil-based stuck solution in the case of poor effect and limited conditions.The application results show that the solution has the advantages of high success rate and eff iciency,good compatibility with oil-based drilling fluid and simple operation process in the treatment of high sulfur content gas f ield Feixianguan formation.It has a good application prospect in the high sulfur content area.
