摘　　要：文章研究了胶粘剂对柔性石墨复合金属齿形垫片密封性能的影响,并探究了不同胶粘剂对复合齿形垫片的高温分解情况,为胶粘剂的选择和垫片应用提供技术参考。结果表明,胶粘剂的分散状态、固化后的硬度等对齿形垫片的泄漏率有影响。为此,选择液体状、柔性高分子材料作为柔性石墨和金属齿芯复合用胶粘剂可以获得更好的密封性能。此外,不同胶粘剂的耐高温性能差异,在一定程度上也会影响齿形垫片的使用温度范围。In this paper,the effect of adhesives on the sealing performance of flexible graphite composite metal gear gasket was studied,and the high temperature decomposition of different adhesives on the flexible graphite composite metal gear gasket was investigated.The results show that the dispersion state and hardness of the adhesive after curing have influence on the leakage rate of the tooth gasket.Therefore,the choice of liquid,flexible polymer material as flexible graphite and metal core composite adhesive can obtain better sealing performance.In addition,the difference in high temperature resistance of different adhesives will also affect the temperature range of the tooth gasket to a certain extent.
