摘　　要：本文以某多层砌体房屋结构安全性鉴定为例,详细介绍了该建筑的现场调查和检测结果。根据相关设计规范,采用软件进行承载力验算与评估,并对结构安全性和抗震能力进行了评估与鉴定,提出了相应的处理措施,为类似建筑的维护和加固提供了参考和借鉴。This article takes the safety assessment of a multi story masonry building structure as an example,and provides a detailed introduction to the on-site investigation and testing results of the building.According to relevant design specifications,software was used for bearing capacity verification and evaluation,and the structural safety and seismic capacity were evaluated and evaluated.Corresponding treatment measures were proposed,providing reference and guidance for the maintenance and reinforcement of similar buildings.
