摘  要:该研究的目的是评估小球项目运动对于儿童青少年视力的影响。在中国知网、万方、维普、Pubmed等数据库进行检索,收集了截至2024年6月1日的数据,文献纳入标准:研究对象为儿童青少年,干预措施为小球项目运动干预;对照组学生接受常规体育教学;研究结果为裸眼视力变化;研究设计为随机对照实验。对符合标准的文献进行meta分析,以确定小球项目运动对儿童青少年视力影响的标准化平均差异(SMD)和95%置信区间(CI)。研究结果表明,小球项目运动对儿童青少年的左眼视力(SMD=0.67,95%CI:0.38~0.97,P<0.05)与右眼视力(SMD=0.64,95%CI:0.37~0.91,P<0.05)均存在显著影响。小球项目运动是改善儿童青少年视力的有效方式,但不同运动强度和持续时间的影响仍需进一步的研究验证。The objective of this research is to evaluate the impact of small ball sports on the vision of children and adolescents.It searched databases such as CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,and Pubmed,covering data up to June 1,2024.The inclusion criteria for the literature are:The research subjects were children and adolescents,and the intervention measure was small ball sports intervention;The control group students received regular Physical Education teaching;The research results indicate changes in naked eye vision;The research is designed as a randomized controlled trial.Conduct a meta analysis of standard literature to determine the standardized mean difference(SMD)and 95%confidence interval(CI)of the impact of ball sports on visual acuity in children and adolescents.The research results indicate that small ball sports have a significant impact on the left eye vision(SMD=0.67,95%CI:0.38-0.97,P<0.05)and right eye vision(SMD=0.64,95%CI:0.37-0.91,P<0.05)of children and adolescents.Small ball sports are an effective way to improve the vision of children and adolescents,but further research is needed to verify the effects of different exercise intensities and durations.
