基于OBE理念的民办高校太极拳专业选修课程模块化教学设计研究

摘　　要：社会发展与观念变化使太极拳在健身和教学中的作用凸显。成果导向教育(OBE)为体育教学改革提供了新思路。该文以民办高校太极拳专业选修课程为对象,用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,探究了基于OBE理念的教学新模式;阐释了OBE理念及其在民办高校太极拳教学中的应用;进行了太极拳专业选修课程的模块化设计,包括设计思路、教学目标确定、模块划分依据与原则、具体模块内容;并提出了教学实施策略,涵盖教学方法与手段的选择及教学评价体系的构建。结果表明,OBE理念应用于太极拳教学可促进学生全面发展,模块化设计要考虑学生因素,运用多元化评价方式,全面客观评估学生,并及时反馈,帮助学生改进,同时调整教学策略和内容,提高教学质量。期望后续研究继续完善设计、加强教师培训,开展更多实证研究,关注太极拳教学的可持续性发展。Social development and changes in concepts have highlighted the role of Taijiquan in fitness and teaching.Outcome-Based Education(OBE)provides new ideas for the reform of Physical Education(PE)teaching.This research takes the elective courses of Taijiquan in private colleges as the object,using the methods of Literature Review and Logical Analysis to explore the new teaching model based on the OBE concept.It explains the application of the OBE concept in Taijiquan teaching in private colleges,and conducts the modular design of the elective courses of Taijiquan,including the design ideas,the determination of teaching objectives,the basis and principles of module division,the specific module contents,and proposes teaching implementation strategies,covering the selection of teaching methods and means and the construction of the teaching evaluation system.The conclusion shows that the application of the OBE concept in Taijiquan teaching can promote the all-round development of students.The modular design should consider the factors of students.Through diversified evaluation methods,students can be evaluated comprehensively and objectively.Timely feedback can help students improve,and at the same time,teaching strategies and contents can be adjusted to improve teaching quality.It is expected that future research will continue to improve the design,strengthen teacher training,carry out more empirical research,and pay attention to the sustainable development of Taijiquan teaching.
