三层梯形结构羽绒被面料一次成型技术的可控制备

摘　　要：传统的被子质量较大,不易携带,且制造工艺流程长而且绗缝工艺产生的针眼处易钻绒的问题,特别是绗缝的缝合处比其他位置薄,克罗值较小,热量传递比较快。为了解决上述问题,满足消费者对羽绒被轻薄、保暖、易携带的需求,设计与开发了一次成型的三层梯形结构羽绒被面料,该面料主要利用复杂的织物组织结构,应用纤维的特殊性能,借助于织造技术染色加工等技术,进而开发出立体性强、面料柔软耐磨的保暖面料。该技术经过反复试验,历时一年半,最终成型,与市面上普通的三层组织不同的是,该面料具备门幅宽,性能优,后加工工艺便捷等特点。The traditional quilt has a large mass,is not easy to carry,has a long manufacturing process and is easy to drill wool at the eye of the needle due to the quilting process,especially the quilted seam is thinner than other positions,with a smaller Krogh value and faster heat transfer.In order to solve the above problems and meet consumers'demand for light,warm and easy to carry duvets,a three-layer trapezoidal duvets fabric was designed and developed.The fabric mainly used the complex fabric structure,applied the special properties of fibers,and developed a warm fabric with strong three-dimensional,soft and wear-resistant properties by means of weaving technology and dyeing processing.The technology has been tested repeatedly for one and a half years,and finally formed.Different from the common three-layer structure in the market,the fabric has the characteristics of wide door width,excellent performance and convenient post-processing technology.
