摘　　要：文章以地质实验室岩矿分析与岩矿鉴定为切入,分析地质实验室项目中常见的问题。以解决问题作为思路,从地质实验室体系完善与改进、实验室资源配置与优化、实验室体系运行与保障等方面提出相应的提高策略。旨在提高地质实验室的分析测试水平及检测结果的质量,形成标准化的地质实验室现代化管理模式,以适应市场的变化,提高竞争力水平。This article takes the analysis and identification of rock and mineral resources in geological laboratories as a starting point to analyze common problems in geological laboratory projects.Taking problem-solving as the approach,corresponding improvement strategies are proposed from the aspects of improving and perfecting the geological laboratory system,optimizing and allocating laboratory resources,and ensuring the operation and security of the laboratory system.Intended to improve the analysis and testing level of geological laboratories and the quality of test results,and to form a standardized modern management model for geological laboratories to adapt to market changes and enhance competitiveness.
