摘　　要：文章研究了一种新型耐火风管用防火板的制造方法,探讨了在一定的工艺条件下排烟风管用复合防火板成型配方与工艺。结果表明,研制的复合防火板防火等级A级,具有质薄高强、方便施工、安全环保、防水防霉、环境耐候性好的特性,设计、制造的复合防火板耐火极限大于1h。The manufacturing method of a new type of fire-proof board for fire-proof duct was studied.The forming formula and technology of composite fire-proof board for smoke exhaust duct were discussed under certain technological conditions.The results show that the fire rating of the developed composite fire-proof board is class A,which has the characteristics of thin,light,high strength,convenient construction,safety and environmental protection,waterproof and mildew proof,and good environmental weather resistance.The fire resistance limit of the designed and manufactured composite fire-proof board is greater than 1h.
