摘　　要：切削废液具有量小、污染物浓度高、成分复杂等特点,常用于其废液处理的蒸发浓缩工艺,存在运行不畅问题。文章介绍一种切削废液蒸发浓缩改良工艺,该工艺具有浓缩率高、出水效果好、运行稳定、维护少、可实现废水零排放的特点,适用于大多数切削废液处理。The cutting waste liquid has the characteristics of small quantity,high pollutant concentration and complex composition.The evaporation and concentration process,which is often used to treat its waste liquid,has a problem of poor operation.This paper introduces an improved process of evaporation and concentration of cutting waste liquid,which has the characteristics of high concentration rate,good effluent effect,stable operation,less maintenance and zero discharge of waste water,suitable for most cutting waste liquid treatment.
