摘  要:传统通信电源控制系统多采用点对点通信方式,存在布线复杂、维护困难等问题。为解决这些问题,设计基于控制器局域网(Controller Area Network,CAN)总线通信的燃气电厂通信电源控制系统。硬件设计方面,构建一个基于TJA1042T驱动器的CAN总线通信模块,选择TMS320F2812微处理器作为主控芯片。软件设计方面,设计一个包含数据发送与接收的CAN总线通信流程,设计比例-积分-微分(Proportion Integration Differentiation,PID)控制器实现燃气电厂通信电源控制。测试结果表明,设计系统在燃气电厂通信电源控制中具有良好的稳态调节性能和动态响应性能。The traditional communication power supply control system mostly adopts point-to-point communication mode,which has some problems such as complicated wiring and difficult maintenance.In order to solve these problems,a communication power supply control system of gas power plant based on Controller Area Network(CAN)bus communication is designed.In hardware design,a CAN bus communication module based on TJA1042T driver is constructed,and TMS320F2812 microprocessor is selected as the main control chip.In the aspect of software design,a CAN bus communication flow including data sending and receiving is designed,and a Proportion Integration Differentiation(PID)controller is designed to control the communication power supply of the gas power plant.The test results show that the designed system has good steady-state regulation performance and dynamic response performance in communication power supply control of gas power plant.
