摘　　要：党的二十大报告指出,要全面推进乡村振兴战略,人才是最关键的因素。地方涉农高等院校是培养乡村振兴所需高素质和高技能人才的主阵地,专业技能竞赛是提高人才培养质量的重要手段。以韶关学院园艺专业为例,介绍其通过专业技能竞赛贯彻落实党的二十大人才强国和乡村振兴战略的举措和成效,着重探讨专业技能竞赛对园艺专业学生的综合素质、专业技能、实践能力,以及教师的教育教学能力等方面的促进作用,以期为同类型地方普通本科院校园艺专业的实践教育和教育综合改革提供参考,有效提高地方本科院校园艺专业的人才培养质量,助力乡村振兴战略。The report of the 20th CPC National Congress pointed out that talent is the most crucial factor in comprehensively promoting the strategy of rural revitalization.Local agricultural colleges are the main battlefield for cultivating high-quality and high-skilled talents needed for rural revitalization,and professional skill competitions are an important strategy to improve the quality of talent cultivation.Taking the Horticulture major of Shaoguan University as an example,this article introduces its measures and achievements in implementing the 20th CPC National Congress's strategies of workforce developing and rural revitalization.It focuses on exploring the promoting effect of professional skill competitions on the comprehensive quality,professional skills,practical ability,and teacher education and teaching ability of Horticulture students,hoping to provide a reference for the practical education and comprehensive education reform of Horticulture majors in similar local ordinary undergraduate colleges,and effectively improve the quality of talent cultivation in Horticulture majors in local undergraduate colleges,providing supports for the strategy of rural revitalization.
