摘  要:液压双轮铣槽机在地下连续墙项目中具备高精度、对土体扰动小、效率高、成槽精度高、适用条件广等特点,受到业界广泛认可。但受不同工程要求与客观环境的影响,在使用液压双轮铣槽机施工时,需要采取相应的措施保障施工质量。结合多年的工程施工经验,简要概括液压双轮铣槽机的特点,主要从槽段划分、导墙施工、泥浆制备、钢筋笼施工、连续墙浇筑、铣槽施工等方面分析地下连续墙工程中的应用要点,为相关工程施工提供参考。The hydraulic dual wheel groove milling machine is widely recognized in the underground diaphragm wall project for its high precision,minimal soil disturbance,high efficiency,high groove forming accuracy,and wide applicability.However,due to different engineering requirements and objective environmental factors,corresponding measures need to be taken to ensure construction quality when using hydraulic dual wheel groove milling machines for construction.Based on years of engineering construction experience,,this article briefly summarizes the characteristics of hydraulic dual wheel groove milling machine and mainly analyzes the application points in underground diaphragm wall engineering from multiple aspects such as groove section division,guide wall construction,mud preparation,reinforcement cage construction,diaphragm wall pouring,and groove milling construction,providing reference for related engineering construction.
