摘  要:西洋参多糖是来源于西洋参中的一种重要的天然活性成分,能够增强机体免疫力、抗肿瘤、抗衰老、加速核酸和蛋白质合成,受到食品药品领域的广泛关注。与其他活性成分相比,西洋参多糖具有潜在药用性和应用价值。本文通过综述西洋参多糖的提取、分离与纯化方法,讨论其应用的必要性与可行性,论述了西洋参多糖的生物活性,最后指出该领域研究的现状和存在的问题,以期为西洋参多糖的进一步研究提供思路。American ginseng polysaccharides is an important natural active ingredient derived from Panax quinquefolium.It can enhance the body’s immunity,anti-tumor,anti-aging,and accelerate the synthesis of nucleic acid and protein,which has attracted wide attention in the field of food and medicine.Compared with other active components,it has potential medicinal properties and application value.This paper reviewed the extraction,separation and purification methods of American ginseng polysaccharide,discussed the necessity and feasibility of its application,discussed the biological activity,and finally pointed out the existing problems and current situation in the research field,in order to provide ideas for further research on American ginseng polysaccharide.
