探讨麦默通微创旋切乳腺病灶的应用技巧

摘　　要：目的探讨麦默通微创旋切乳腺病灶的应用技巧。方法回顾性分析2022年6月-2023年7月60例乳腺结节病例超声、手术及病理资料结果60例病理结果中,57例为纤维瘤、腺病、导管内乳头状瘤及炎症,3例为浸润性腺癌。所有患者术后无巨大血肿形成,切口愈合良好。术后随访6月至一年复查B超均无明显新生结节。结论麦默通微创旋手术具有较高的微创美容价值,手术后恢复快,但需要医师本人及辅助超声科医师默契的配合及应用多种技巧。Objrctine To explore the application skills of mammotome minimally invasive rotary resection of breast lesions.Method:Ultrasound operation and pathological data of 60 cases of breast nodules with Retrospective analysis from June 2022 to June 2023.Result There were 57 cases of fibroma,adenopathy,intraductal papilloma and inflammation,and 3 cases of invasive adenocarcinoma.No giant hematoma was formed in all patients and the incision healed well after operation.No significant new nodules were found in B-ultrasonography after 6 months to 1 year follow-up visit.Conclusion Mammotome minimally invasive rotary surgery has a high minimally invasive aesthetic value,rapid recovery after surgery,but it requires perfect cooperation and various applicaiton skills of the doctor himself and sonographer.
