摘 要:加强临床医学生的法治教育对于增强临床医学生的法治素养、规范诊疗行为、防范与化解其在执业过程中产生的医疗纠纷、减少执业风险以及构建和谐医患关系具有重要意义。目前,尽管一些医学院校已将法治教育纳入医学教育体系,但是,由于法治教育在医学院校中的地位未能充分体现,且未能与临床实践有机结合,导致临床医学生在执业过程中仍存在较多法律风险。因此,将法治教育充分纳入临床医学生培养的全过程,以律师法律查房为范例,以实体法和程序法为抓手,强化文书规范性和化解医疗纠纷实体法的效用性,对临床医学生进行法治教育显得尤为迫切。Strengthening the legal education of clinical medical students is of great significance for enhancing their legal literacy,regulating diagnosis and treatment behavior,preventing and resolving medical disputes that may arise during their practice,reducing practice risks,and building harmonious doctor-patient relationships.At present,although some medical colleges have incorporated legal education into the medical education system,the status of legal education in medical colleges has not been fully reflected,and it has not been organically integrated with clinical practice,resulting in many legal risks for clinical medical students in their practice.Therefore,it is particularly urgent to fully incorporate legal education into the entire process of cultivating clinical medical students,taking legal rounds by lawyers as an example,and using substantive and procedural laws as the starting point to strengthen the standardization of documents and the effectiveness of substantive laws in resolving medical disputes.
