摘 要:为研究Si元素对316L不锈钢激光熔覆层力学性能和成形质量的影响,在316L不锈钢表面制备了三种Si含量不同的激光熔覆层,系统分析了Si元素含量对熔覆层组织结构、拉伸性能和成形质量的影响。结果表明,316L激光熔覆层的各项性能与Si元素含量密切相关。随着Si元素质量分数从0.8%提高到1.6%,内部晶粒得到细化,熔覆层成形质量提高,抗拉强度从525 MPa升至622 MPa,但熔覆层硅化物夹杂增多,塑性降低,致使断后伸长率从68.3%降至40.5%。In order to study the effect of Si on the mechanical properties and forming quality of laser cladding layer on 316L stainless steel,three contents of Si for laser cladding layers on the 316L stainless steel were prepared,and the effects of Si content on the microstructure,tensile property and forming quality of the cladding layer were systematically analyzed.The result showed that various properties of 316L laser cladding layer are closely related to Si content.With the mass fraction of Si increases from 0.8%to 1.6%,the internal grains refines,the forming quality of the cladding layer improves,and the tensile strength increases from 525 MPa to 622 MPa.However,the inclusion of silicide in the cladding layer increases,and the plasticity decreases,resulting in the elongation after fracture dropping from 68.3%to 40.5%.
