摘 要:为改善铝合金件电弧增材修复后的机械性能,引入激光冲击锻造与电弧增材复合修复工艺并进行修复件拉伸测试。探讨光丝间距、脉冲能量、脉冲频率、电流强度及进给速度等参数对修复件力学性能的影响,对比复合工艺与电弧增材工艺修复件的应力-应变曲线和断裂位置。结果显示,通过优选光丝间距、工作电流和进给速度,提高脉冲能量和频率,最多可使抗拉强度和延伸率分别提高16.4%和1.5倍。复合工艺能强化修复件的熔融区和部分熔融区,从而提高力学性能。To address the issue of reduced mechanical properties after arc additive manufacturing repair of aluminum alloy components,a hybrid repair process combining laser shock forging(LSF)and wire arc additive manufacturing(WAAM)was introduced,and tensile tests were conducted on the repaired parts.The effects of process parameters such as fiber spacing,pulse energy,pulse frequency,current intensity and feed rate on the mechanical properties of the repaired parts are investigated,and the stress strain curves and fracture locations of the composite process and arc additive process are compared.The results show that by optimizing the fiber spacing,operating current,and feed rate,and maximizing the pulse energy and frequency,the tensile strength and elongation of the repaired parts can be improved by 16.4%and 1.5 times respectively at most.The hybrid process can strengthen the fusion zone and partially melted zone of the repaired components,thereby enhancing their mechanical properties.
