摘 要:针对套筒智能检测生产线调试过程中存在调试周期长、试错成本高等问题,设计了基于数字孪生(DT)和虚拟调试(VC)技术,构建了套筒智能检测生产线VC系统。基于DT五维模型的套筒智能检测生产线和VC系统结构模型,明确套筒智能检测生产线的工作原理;阐述VC系统中智能检测生产线的数字空间搭建、控制系统设计、数据同步和交互、实时状态监测、故障模拟与恢复等关键技术。通过实验,证明了该方法的可行性与有效性,并为智能检测生产线的设计提供了参考。Aiming at the problems of long commissioning cycle and high trial and error cost in the commissioning process of the intelligent detection production line of sleeves by traditional production line commissioning method,a virtual commissioning system of the intelligent detection production line of sleeves based on digital twin was designed.Firstly,the structure model of the virtual commissioning system of the the intelligent detection production line of sleeves based on the digital twin five-dimensional model was built,and the working principle of the intelligent detection production line of sleeves was clarified.Secondly,five key technologies were expounded,including digital space construction,control system design,data synchronization and interaction,real-time status monitoring,fault simulation and recovery of intelligent production lines in the virtual commissioning system.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the method were verified by experiments,and a solid foundation was laid for the design of intelligent manufacturing production lines.
