线上线下结合模式助力高校化学品安全管理

摘　　要：随着实验种类的拓展、实验人数的上升和实验室危险源数量的增加,高校实验室风险剧增,成为威胁高校实验室安全的重要因素。通过信息化的管理手段,提升高校实验室管理水平,推动实验室管理变革,成为高校实验室安全管理的必要手段。然而,目前多数信息化管理平台存在搭建结构简单、联动差、信息割裂不互通等问题。以兰州大学试剂耗材安全管理平台为例,在现有线下管理的基础上结合线上管理优势,通过将化学品从线下管理模式到线上线下结合管理模式过渡,为信息化的进一步发展提供空间和时间,旨在实现结构优化、信息联动、平台集成的化学品安全综合管理平台,完成高质量、内涵式、精细化的线上信息化管理系统升级。With the expansion of experimental types and the dramatic increase of students and laboratories,the safety risk rises,and becomes an important factor threatening laboratory safety of university.Meanwhile,online management means and platforms in recent years paly efficient roles in improving management level and promoting the reform of laboratory management,realizing the“strategy of change”of laboratory safety management.However,the current online management system often has several shortcomings such as low-level construction structure,weak linkage,information fragmentation and interoperability,etc.Taking the Reagent and Consumable Security Management Platform of Lanzhou University as an example,this paper describes the online and offline combined management mode on the basis of existing offline management advantages,providing space and time for the further development of information technology,so as to strive to realize a comprehensive chemical safety management platform with optimized structure,information linkage and platform integration,and accomplishing the upgrade of highquality,connotative and refined online information management system.
