摘　　要：信息通讯技术的进步和贸易成本的降低推动了全球价值链的形成,而全球价值链的发展则推动了国际贸易核算方法的革新,并催生了全新的跨学科研究领域。国外学者不仅对全球价值链的概念演进进行了深入探究,还对其与全球商品链、产业链和供应链的关系进行了细致的辨析。最新文献聚焦于“全球价值链的核算方法”“全球价值链分工格局变化的驱动力”以及“全球价值链对发展中国家的经济影响”,展开了广泛而深入的经济学研究。研究发现:创新、制度政策、数字经济、新冠疫情和新保护主义都是全球价值链分工格局变化的重要驱动因素;同时,全球价值链的发展也会对创新、数字经济发展和制度政策产生反作用。尽管全球价值链能够促进发展中国家的经济增长,但对产业升级的影响尚待明确,同时也存在抑制企业自主创新、加重劳动剥削以及加剧竞争等负面影响。文章对全球价值链的经典文献和最新经济学研究进行系统回顾与梳理,对于后续研究及政策制定具有一定的积极意义。The advancement of information and communication technology and the reduction of trade costs have promoted the formation of global value chains,while the development of global value chains has promoted the innovation of international trade accounting methods and spawned a new interdisciplinary research field.Foreign scholars have not only conducted in-depth research on the conceptual evolution of global value chains,but also conducted detailed analysis on their relationship with global commodity chains,industrial chains,and supply chains.The latest literature focuses on“accounting methods for global value chains”,“driving forces behind changes in the division of labor in global value chains”,and“the economic impact of global value chains on developing countries”,conducting extensive and in-depth economic research.The research finds that innovation,institutional policies,digital economy,COVID-19 epidemic and new protectionism are all important driving factors for the change of the division of labor pattern in the global value chain;at the same time,the development of global value chains will also have a counterproductive effect on innovation,the development of the digital economy,and institutional policies.Although global value chains can promote the economic growth of developing countries,their impact on industrial upgrading remains unclear,and they also have negative effects such as inhibiting corporate independent innovation,aggravating labor exploitation,and intensifying competition.This article systematically reviews and analyzes the classic literature and the latest economic research on global value chains,which has certain positive significance for subsequent research and policy formulation.
