腹腔穿刺联合醋酸戈舍瑞林缓释植入剂对巧克力囊肿的治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析腹腔穿刺联合醋酸戈舍瑞林缓释植入剂对巧克力囊肿的治疗效果。方法选择2019年6月—2023年1月在新疆喀什地区第二人民医院诊治的巧克力囊肿患者88例作为研究对象,根据随机数表法将其分为联合组与对照组,每组44例。对照组给予腹腔穿刺治疗,联合组在对照组治疗基础上给予醋酸戈舍瑞林缓释植入剂治疗,两组均治疗5个月,观察与记录两组患者预后情况。结果治疗5个月后,联合组临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组血清促卵泡激素和促黄体生成激素含量均显著低于治疗前,且联合组血清促卵泡激素、促黄体生成激素含量显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组治疗期间发热、盆腔积液、出血、尿潴留等不良反应发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗5个月后,联合组情感职能、精神健康、生理功能、一般健康状况、社会功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、精力等生活质量评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔穿刺联合醋酸戈舍瑞林缓释植入剂治疗巧克力囊肿能提高患者的总体治疗效果,促进血清促卵泡激素和促黄体生成激素的释放,减少不良反应的发生,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of abdominal puncture combined with acetic acid sustained-release implant on chocolate cysts.Methods 88 cases of patients with chocolate cysts who was diagnosed and treated at a certain hospital from June 2019 to January 2023 was selected as the research subjects.According to a 1:1 random number table method,the 88 patients was divided into a combination group of 44 cases and a control group of 44 cases.The control group was treated with abdominal puncture,while the combined group was treated with acetic acid sustained-release implant on the basis of the control group.Both groups was treated and observed for 5 months to observe and record the patient's prognosis.Results After 5 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the combination group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).After 5 months of treatment,the serum levels of follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone in both groups was significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05).The serum levels of follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone in the combined group was also significantly lower than those in the control group after 5 months of treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the combined group and the control group about the incidence of adverse reactions such as fever,pelvic effusion,bleeding,and urinary retention(P>0.05).The quality of life scores of emotional function,mental health,physiological function,general health status,social function,physiological function,physical pain,and energy in the combination group was significantly higher than those in the control group after 5 months of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion abdominal puncture combined with acetic acid sustained-release implant can improve the overall treatment effect of patients with chocolate cysts,promote the release of serum follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and improve the quality of life of patients.
