摘  要:在全球环境挑战日益严峻的背景下,绿色体育理念已成为推动体育事业可持续发展的重要驱动力。本文探讨了绿色体育理念下体育部门支出绩效指标体系的创新实践,以通过实施一些具体策略来优化体育部门在绿色体育实践中的投入、过程、产出及社会满意度,从而优化资源配置,提升体育活动的环境友好性和社会效益。文章明确了指标体系的环保性、经济性、社会性和可操作性四项原则,进而创新性地设计了绿色投入、绿色过程、绿色产出及社会满意度四大类指标。最后提出了完善顶层设计、优化管理体系及构建闭环管理等实施策略,以确保指标体系的有效落地与持续优化。Amidst the increasingly severe global environmental challenges,the concept of green sports has emerged as a significant driving force for promoting the sustainable development of sports undertakings.This paper explores the innovative practices of the expenditure per-formance indicator system for sports departments under the green sports concept,aiming to optimize the investment,process,output,and social satisfaction of sports departments in green sports practices through the implementation of specific strategies.This,in turn,enhances resource allocation,elevates the environmental friendliness and social benefits of sports activities.The paper clarifies four principles for the indicator system:environmental protection,economy,sociality,and operability.Based on these principles,it innovatively designs four cate-gories of indicators:green input,green process,green output,and social satisfaction.Finally,implementation strategies such as improving top-level design,optimizing management systems,and establishing closed-loop management are proposed to ensure the effective implemen-tation and continuous optimization of the indicator system.
