摘 要:判定矿岩可截割性是悬臂式掘进机机械连续开采技术在矿山研究应用的基础与关键问题,也是决定掘进机能否有效经济破岩的基本要素。针对国内可截割性的概念和指标缺少统一共识性结论的问题,提出了基于镐形截齿侵入试验的矿岩可截割性指标与评价方法。利用自主研发的截齿侵入试验平台,设计了标准截齿侵入试验方法与试验流程,对试验平台、岩样制备、侵入截齿、截割厚度、截割角、试验次数等均进行了标准化设计。通过对实际矿山悬臂式掘进机机械掘进工业试验数据和镐形截齿侵入试验获得的可截割性评价结果进行对比,证明了基于镐形截齿侵入试验评价矿岩可截割性的准确性。本方法中只要能够获取到用于开展截齿侵入试验的岩样即可评价出矿岩可截割性,创新了地下非煤矿山矿岩可截割性评价方法,弥补了传统仅靠岩石单体强度来经验判断矿岩可截割性的缺陷,适用于我国地下非煤矿山悬臂式掘进机机械破岩可行性的科学评价。Making clear the rock cuttability is the foundation and key problem of the mechanical continuous mining technology of cantilever rockheader in mine research and application,and it is also the basic factor of determining whether cantilever rockheader can effectively and economically break rock.In view of the absence of a unified consensus on the definition and index of cuttability within China,an index and evaluation methodology based on conical pick cutting tests was proposed.Utilizing a self-developed conical pick cutting testing platform,standardized methods and procedures were designed,including testing platform,sample preparation,cutting measurement,cutting thickness assessment,angle determination,and test repetition protocols.The industrial test data of the mining cantilever rockheader was compared with the evaluation results of the conical pick cutting test,which proved the accuracy of the evaluation of rock cuttability based on the conical pick cutting test.In this method,the rock cuttability can be evaluated as long as the rock sample used for the pick cutting test can be obtained,which innovates the evaluation method of rock cuttability in underground non-coal mine and makes up for the traditional defect of empirically judging the rock cuttability only by the strength of rock.And it is suitable for the scientific evaluation of the feasibility of mechanical rock breaking of cantilever rockheader in underground non-coal mine in China.
