扇贝刺伤引起海分枝杆菌感染九例临床分析

摘　　要：本文回顾性分析2021年8月至2022年8月收治的9例扇贝养殖及加工人员感染海分枝杆菌的临床资料。9例患者均有被扇贝壳划伤史,其中4例表现为接触部位局限性丘疹,5例皮疹沿淋巴管分布。组织病理均提示感染性肉芽肿。细菌培养和qPCR检测到海分枝杆菌。予利福平、克拉霉素、米诺环素治疗有效。本文提示对高风险人群进行海分枝杆菌感染宣教以促进早期诊断和及时治疗的重要性。The clinical data of 9 cases of Mycobacterium marinum infection in scallop farmers and processors admitted from August 2021 to August 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.All 9 patients had a history of being scratched by scallop shells.Among them,4 cases presented with localized papules at the contact site,and 5 cases had rashes distributed along the lymphatic vessels.Histopathology suggested infectious granuloma.Mycobacterium marinum was detected by bacterial culture and qPCR.Treatment with rifampicin,clarithromycin,minocycline was effective.This paper suggests the importance of conducting education on Mycobacterium marinum infection for high-risk populations to promote early diagnosis and timely treatment.
