摘　　要：蓝趾综合征(BTS)是由急性外周动脉闭塞导致的少见疾病。临床特征表现为突然出现的一个或多个指/趾变紫蓝色,伴有疼痛,局部温度低。本文报道2例蓝趾综合征。患者1左足趾红斑、肿胀伴疼痛,出现干性坏疽。有糖尿病史保守治疗,足趾坏死。患者2左足趾紫红色斑覆褐色痂皮,超声检查病变处血管管腔细,血流速度慢。血管外科就诊治疗后局部好转。因此BTS早期诊断和治疗对于避免严重后果至关重要。Blue toe syndrome(BTS)is a rare manifestation of acute peripheral arterial occlusion characterized by sudden onset of painful,bluish discoloration of one or more toes,pain and coldness.Two cases of blue toe syndrome were reported.Patient 1 developed dry gangrene with erythema,swelling and pain of left toe.The patient had a history of diabetes and was treated conservatively with toe necrosis.Patient 2 was covered by brown scab with purple patch on left toe.Ultrasound examination showed that the vascular lumen in the lesion was thin and the blood flow velocity was slow.The patient improved after referral to vascular surgery department.Therefore,early diagnosis and treatment of BTS are essential to avoid serious consequences.
