摘　　要：恶性梅毒(MS)又称溃疡结节性梅毒,是二期梅毒的一种罕见症状。本文报道2例HIV阴性的恶性梅毒,2例患者头面部均出现红斑、结节、脓疱、结痂,苄星青霉素治疗后发生吉海氏反应,后皮疹完全消退。大多MS患者伴有HIV阳性,HIV阴性伴恶性梅毒较少见。本文对恶性梅毒的诊断、鉴别诊断以及治疗进行文献复习。Malignant syphilis(MS),also known as ulceronodular syphilis,is a rare manifestation of secondary syphilis.This paper reports two cases of HIV-negative malignant syphilis.Both patients presented with erythema,nodules,pustules,and crusting on the head and face,and developed Jarisch-Herxheimer reactions following treatment with benzathine penicillin,after which their rashes completely resolved.While most MS patients are HIV-positive,cases of HIV-negative malignant syphilis are relatively rare.This paper provides a literature review on the diagnosis,differential diagnosis,and treatment of malignant syphilis.
