摘　　要：本文报道一例淋球菌性尿道炎并发尿道旁腺炎。患者,男,20岁。尿道及尿道旁腺脓性分泌物伴尿急、尿频、尿痛3天。脓液拭子培养与PCR检测均为淋球菌感染。给予头孢克肟每日2次治疗,1周后症状消退,治疗结束后2周,拭子淋球菌PCR检测阴性。We report a case of gonococcal urethritis complicated by paraurethritis.A 20-year-old male presented with purulent discharge from the urethra and paraurethral glands,along with symptoms of urethral irritation for 3 days.The combination of swab culture of pus secretion with gonococcal PCR confirmed the diagnosis of gonococcal parurethritis.The patient was treated with cefixime twice a day,resulting in the alleviation of symptoms within one week.Two weeks after the completion of treatment,a negative result was obtained from the gonococcal PCR.
