摘  要:以四公里车场TOD上盖开发项目为研究对象,从安全、经济、工期等方面对满堂支架、工字钢、框支梁二次浇筑体系进行分析和总结。为解决TOD模式下既有结构承载力不足的问题,首次提出该体系组合应用的概念,采用不同施工方案对既有结构进行承载力计算以及方案比选,通过工字钢调整荷载传递路线并采用框支梁两次浇筑等措施,考虑施工缝的影响以及处理措施,结合数值模拟对结构施工全过程进行受力分析等。结果表明,通过采用调整工字钢的布置方式以及框支梁两次浇筑等方法,可以合理解决盖下承载力不足的问题。研究内容具有理论意义和工程实际应用价值。Taking the TOD superstructure development project of the Sigongli Depot as the research object,this paper analyzes and summarizes the full scaffolding,I-beam,and secondary pouring systems for frame-supported beams in terms of safety,economy,and construction duration.To address the issue of insufficient bearing capacity of existing structures in the TOD mode,the concept of combined application of these systems is proposed for the first time.Different construction schemes are adopted to calculate the bearing capacity of the existing structures and compare the schemes.By adjusting the load transfer path using I-beams and adopting measures such as secondary pouring of frame-supported beams,considering the impact of construction joints and corresponding treatment measures,and conducting force analysis for the entire construction process of the structure in combination with numerical simulation.The results show that by adjusting the arrangement of I-beams and adopting secondary pouring of frame-supported beams,the problem of insufficient bearing capacity under the superstructure can be reasonably solved.The research content has both theoretical significance and practical engineering application value.
