摘　　要：推进中国式现代化事业需要源源不断的动力作支撑。中国式现代化发展的动力机制包括动力要素和动力运行机制;其动力要素涵盖理论指导力、物质生产力、文明滋养力、民众需求力、改革开放力、科技创新力、组织保障力、制度规范力、人才凝聚力等多个方面;基于动力要素的不同定位和作用,将其划分为基础性、过程性和保障性三层动力结构。在中国式现代化发展的动力运行机制中,其动力系统由动力驱动主体、动力要素、动力输入、动力整合和动力输出五大部分构成;其动力运行模式主要包括中国共产党“主导驱动”模式、市场机制“根本驱动”模式以及有为政府和有效市场“协同驱动”模式。新时代新征程,推进中国式现代化必须树立系统观念,既要注重系统输入层面动力要素的整合优化,也要注意动力要素整合层面系统的统筹衔接,更要做好动力输出层面主体协同和信息反馈,如此才能为中国式现代化的实现提供稳定而持久的动力支撑。Promoting the Chinese path to modernization needs continuous dynamic as support.The dy‐namic mechanism of Chinese path to modernization includes dynamic elements and dynamic operation mecha‐nism.The dynamic elements cover multiple aspects such as theoretical guidance,material productivity,civiliza‐tion nourishment,people’s demand,reform and opening up,scientific and technological innovation,organiza‐tional support,institutional norms,talent cohesion and so on.Based on the different positioning and functions of dynamic elements,it can be divided into basic,procedural and supportive three-layer dynamic structure.In the dynamic operation mechanism of Chinese path to modernization development,its dynamic system consists of five parts:dynamic driving body,dynamic elements,dynamic input,dynamic integration and dynamic out‐put.The dynamic operation mode mainly includes the“leading drive”mode of the Communist Party of China,the“fundamental drive”mode of the market mechanism,and the“collaborative drive”mode of the promising government and the effective market.In the new era and new journey,to promote Chinese path to moderniza‐tion,we must establish a system concept.We should not only pay attention to the integration and optimization of dynamic elements at the system input level,but also pay attention to the overall coordination of the system at the integration level of dynamic elements,and more importantly,we should do a good job in the coordination and information feedback of the main body at the dynamic output level.In this way,we can provide stable and lasting dynamic support for the realization of Chinese path to modernization.
