摘 要:以百香果籽油为原料,通过酒石酸辅助尿素包合富集纯化亚油酸。采用单因素实验和正交实验研究了酒石酸与尿素比例、尿素与乙醇比例、脂肪酸与尿素比例、包合温度和包合时间对尿素包合富集亚油酸的纯度与收率的影响。研究结果表明,在酒石酸与尿素质量比1∶5、混合脂肪酸与尿素质量比1∶2、尿素与乙醇质量比1∶7、包合温度5℃、包合时间12 h的工艺条件下,可将百香果籽油的亚油酸含量从68.13%提高到96.61%,收率为78.00%。Linoleic acid was enriched by tartaric acid-assisted urea adduction fractionation from passion fruit seed oil.Single factor and orthogonal experiments were used to study the effects of the ratio of tartaric acid to urea,urea to ethanol,fatty acid to urea,adduction temperature,and adduction time on the purity and yield of linoleic acid during urea inclusion.When the process conditions are tartaric acid to urea ratio of 1:5(g/g),mixed fatty acids to urea ratio of 1:2(g/g),urea to ethanol ratio of 1:7(g/g),the encapsulation time of 12 h,and the encapsulation temperature of 5℃,the linoleic acid content of passion fruit seed oil can be increased from 68.13%to 96.61%,with a yield of 78.00%.
