摘　　要：为界定育龄女性再生育压力的概念内涵,系统检索PubMed等7个数据库中与育龄女性再生育压力相关的研究,检索时限为建库至2023年10月,应用Rodgers演化概念分析法分析文献。最终纳入文献34篇,经梳理发现,育龄女性再生育压力包括3个概念属性:针对生育过的育龄期女性(对象)、产生于女性考虑再次生育子女时(情境)、压力具有多维性(表现);前因涉及宏观和微观两个层面的因素;后果包括导致育龄女性再生育焦虑,抑制其再生育意愿,影响其再生育行为。建议研究者结合育龄女性再生育压力的概念内涵,进一步对压力水平、压力形成及调控问题进行全面、深入地探索。To define the concept and connotation of“fertility stress of childbearing women for another child”,this study systematically searched 7 databases,including PubMed,for studies focused on fertility stress in women of childbearing age from the establishment of the database to October 2023.The literature was screened according to inclusion criteria,and Rodgers’evolutionary concept analysis was applied to analyze the literature.A total of 34 studies were included.The literature review found that the fertility stress of childbearing women having another child includes three conceptual attributes:(1)directed at women of childbearing age who have given birth(object),(2)originating when a woman intends to have another child(situation),and(3)the stress is multidimensional(manifestation).Antecedents involved both macro-level and micro-level factors.Consequences focused on causing fertility anxiety,inhibiting fertility intention,and influencing fertility behavior among childbearing women.Future researchers are recommended to combine the concept and connotation of fertility stress of childbearing women for another child to further conduct comprehensive and in-depth research on the level,formation,and regulation of fertility stress among women of childbearing stage.
