摘 要:燃气发电机组作为一种高效、清洁的发电方式在电力结构中扮演着日益重要的角色。然而,燃气发电机组在启停过程中存在启停时间长、设备腐蚀等问题,制约了其调峰能力,增加了企业的发电成本。通过模拟实验研究了湿法充氮保养在燃气发电机组余热锅炉快速启动过程中的应用效果。实验结果表明,充氮保养能够降低水中溶解氧含量,减缓设备腐蚀速率,为设备提供更好的保护。此外,控制环境pH值维持中性或稍微碱性也被证明是有效的腐蚀控制策略。综上所述,本研究为燃气发电机组快速启停过程中采取充氮保养策略提供了实验和理论依据,为优化保养策略、降低腐蚀风险、保护设备稳定运行提供了指导。Gas-fired generating units are playing an increasingly important role in the power mix as a highly efficient and clean way of generating electricity.However,there are problems such as long startup and shutdown time and equipment corrosion during the startup and shutdown process of gas units,which restricts their peak shifting capability and increases the power generation cost of enterprises.The application effect of wet nitrogen filling maintenance in the rapid startup process of waste heat boilers of gas generating units was investigated through simulation experiments.The experimental results show that nitrogen filling maintenance can reduce the dissolved oxygen content in water,slow down the corrosion rate of the equipment,and provide better protection for the equipment.In addition,controlling the environmental pH to maintain a neutral or slightly alkaline environment also proved to be an effective corrosion control strategy.In summary,this study provides experimental and theoretical basis for adopting the nitrogen�filled maintenance strategy during the rapid start-stop process of gas generator sets,and provides guidance for optimising the maintenance strategy,reducing the corrosion risk and protecting the stable operation of the equipment.
