摘  要:多层异质复合材料扩张段的铺层设计与固化制度是决定该产品结构可靠性的关键。针对多层异质复合材料喷管扩张段固化成型过程中易出现结构界面不稳定,甚至层间开裂等问题,建立了一套多层异质复合材料固化仿真模型,并通过与异质复合材料平板件的固化实验结果对比验证了该模型的准确性。基于该模型研究了某发动机喷管扩张段在不同结构参数设计下的温度场、固化度场与内应力场变化特性。结果表明,复合材料的种类与铺层角度会显著影响扩张段的内应力变化,随着最外侧碳纤维环氧树脂层的铺层角度由沿轴向的0°变化到沿环向的90°,该层的内应力呈先增加后降低的趋势,而中间层和底层未受外层铺层角度的影响,内应力与固化温度变化一致。扩张段的外轮廓平滑度会显著影响外层内应力的变化,细微的弯折会引起应力集中导致该处的内应力显著增大。The stacking sequence design and curing process for the multi-layer heterogeneous composite nozzle divergent section are the key to determine structural reliability of the product.During the curing and molding process,structural interface instability and even interlayer cracking are prone to occur.Aiming at these problems,a set of multi-layer heterogeneous composite curing simulation model was established,and the model accuracy was verified by comparing with the curing experimental results of heterogeneous composite plate parts.Based on this model,temperature field,curing degree field and internal stress field of a motor nozzle divergent section were studied.The results show that the type of composite material and the lay-up angle significantly affect internal stress change in the divergent section.As the lay-up angle of the outermost carbon fiber epoxy resin changes from 0°along the axial direction to 90°along the circumferential direction,the internal stress of this layer tends to increase first and then decrease,whereas that of the middle and bottom layers are not affected by the lay-up angle of the outer layer,and the internal stress is consistent with the changes of curing temperature.The outer contour smoothness of divergent section significantly affects the internal stress change of the outer layer,and subtle bending causes stress concentration,leading to a significant increase of internal stress there.The simulation model and analysis results proposed in this paper provide a theoretical basis for the structure and curing process design of motor nozzles or similar heterogeneous composite components.
