徐州市科研诚信现状及对策分析

摘　　要：高校是科研管理的主战场,加强高校科研诚信管理对于科研诚信的建设至关重要。文章通过问卷调查的方法,对徐州市科研诚信现状进行研究。结果表明:科研不端表现、诚信管理状况、诚信的关注度、科研诚信4个变量的Cronbach α值均大于0.7,问卷信度通过检验。科研诚信、科研不端表现、诚信管理状况以及诚信的关注度4个变量之间存在显著的相关关系。因此得出以下结论:诚信是抑制不端行为的重要因素;加强诚信管理有助于减少科研不端行为的发生;个体或组织对诚信的重视程度也有助于提升其在科研活动中的诚信表现。Universities are the main battlefield of scientific research management.Strengthening the management of scientific research integrity is very important for the construction of scientific research integrity.By means of questionnaire survey,this paper takes the status quo of scientific research integrity in Xuzhou city as the research object.The conclusions are as follows:the Cronbachαvalues of four variables,namely,scientific research misconduct,credit management status,credit attention and scientific research integrity,are all greater than 0.7,and the reliability of the questionnaire passes the test.There is a significant correlation between the four variables of research integrity,research misconduct,credit management and credit attention.Honesty is an important factor to restrain misbehavior.Strengthening credit management is helpful to reduce the occurrence of scientific research misconduct.The degree to which individuals or organizations attach importance to integrity also helps to improve their integrity performance in scientific research activities.
