总分馆制下图书馆微信公众号建设调查与优化研究——以东莞市为例

摘　　要：文章以东莞市图书馆为例,对总分馆体系微信公众号的实际运营情况进行调查研究,分析其创建形式、内容与功能模块设置、推文情况、阅读数据等。结果表明,微信公众号的建设应用能够对传统图书馆的使用进行智能化、便捷化升级,但总分馆体系下各馆公众号之间发展不平衡,协同效应和统筹功效有待提高。鉴于此,从规范创建、规律推送、专业特色建设、构建宣传联动及评价标准体系等方面提出改进建议,助力公共图书馆总分馆体系实现移动数字阅读的高质量发展。Taking Dongguan Library as an example,this paper investigates the actual operation of the WeChat official account of the main-branch library system,and analyzes its creation form,content and function module settings,tweets,reading data,etc.The results show that the construction and application of WeChat official account can upgrade the use of traditional libraries intelligently and conveniently,but the development of official account of each library under the main-branch library system is unbalanced,and the synergy and overall effectiveness need to be improved.In view of this,improvement suggestions are proposed from the aspects of standardized creation,regular promotion,professional characteristic construction,construction of publicity linkage and evaluation standard system,etc,to help the public library main-branch system achieve high-quality development of mobile digital reading.
