摘 要:生成式人工智能使用意愿影响因素研究已成为用户信息行为研究的新热点,针对现有实证研究结果差异性的问题,文章对相关文献进行梳理与再分析。对纳入研究的32篇文献运用元分析方法,提取出9个影响因素和2类调节变量,通过异质性检验、发表偏倚检验、整体效应计算和调节效应检验进行分析,探究影响生成式人工智能使用意愿的作用机制。基于元分析结果构建生成式人工智能使用意愿影响因素模型,对影响因素的关系强度和作用条件进行整体性评估,为生成式人工智能应用程序的优化提供参考。The study of factors influencing the willingness to use generative artificial intelligence has become a new hotspot in user information behavior research.In response to the differences in existing empirical research results,this article reviews and reanalyzes relevant literature.Using meta-analysis method,nine influencing factors and two types of moderating variables were extracted from the 32 literature included in the study.Heterogeneity test,publication bias test,overall effect calculation,and moderation effect test were used to explore the mechanism of influence on the willingness to use generative artificial intelligence.Based on the results of meta-analysis,a model of factors influencing the willingness to use generative artificial intelligence is constructed to comprehensively evaluate the strength of the relationship and the conditions of the influencing factors,providing reference for the optimization of generative artificial intelligence applications.
