摘 要:由于光伏发电受光照强度等因素影响明显,导致其与模块化多电平换流器(modular multilevel converter,MMC)并网运行时功率不均衡,影响系统直流电压稳定性。该文针对光伏接入柔直系统的多时间尺度功率不平衡问题进行研究,提出光伏送电端交流侧储能方案及附加功率反馈环控制策略,协调消纳多时间尺度及交流故障场景下系统产生的不平衡功率。所搭建21电平35 k V光伏并网柔直模型的仿真结果表明,在光照强度突变至600 W/m2的情况下,采用附加功率反馈环控制策略时储能系统对直流电压波动的抑制水平可达11.9%,交流故障时其对直流电压波动的抑制水平可达23.7%,验证了该方案及控制策略的可行性。Due to the obvious influence of photovoltaic power generation by light intensity and other factors,the power of photovoltaic power generation is unbalanced when connected to the grid with the modular multilevel converter(MMC),which in turn affects the DC voltage stability of the system.In this paper,the issue of multi-time-scale power imbalance in PV access to the flexible HVDC system is studied,and an AC-side energy storage scheme and the additional power feedback loop control strategy are proposed to coordinate the consumption of unbalanced power generated by the system under multiple time scales and transmitter fault scenarios.The simulation results of the 21-level 35 kV grid-connected flexible model show that when the light intensity is abruptly changed to 600 W/m2,the suppression level of the energy storage device to DC voltage fluctuation can reach 11.9%when the additional power feedback loop control strategy is adopted,and the suppression level of DC voltage fluctuation can reach 23.7%when the transmitter fails,which verifies the feasibility of the scheme and the control strategy.
