摘 要:由于风电出力具有随机性,风电场线路电能损耗的计算与传统火电厂不同。电能损耗的准确计算决定了导线经济截面的选择,不恰当的导线截面会使风电场面临巨大的经济损失。文中提出一种考虑线路功率波动的电能损耗计算方法,可指导风电场选择导线经济截面。利用两参数韦伯分布模型对历史风速数据进行分析,结合风机出力曲线,建立考虑风速随机性的风机出力概率分布模型,得到未建风电场线路的电能损耗,并以导线全寿命周期内总费用最小为原则,为风电场选择经济的导线截面。基于实际风电场线路参数和出力数据的仿真结果,所提方法能够准确计算线路电能损耗,为风电场导线经济截面的选择提供依据和参考。Due to the randomness of wind power output,line power loss calculation of wind farm is different from that of traditional thermal power plant.Accurate calculation of line power loss determines the selection of economical conductor section,and inappropriate section of conductor will make wind farm face huge economic losses.A line power loss calculation method considering line power fluctuation was proposed,which could guide wind farm to select economical conductor section.Using the two-parameter Weibull distribution to analyze historical wind speed data,combined with wind turbine output curve,wind turbine output probability distribution model considering the randomness of wind speed was established,and line power loss of unbuilt wind farm was obtained.Economical conductor section was selected for wind farm with the minimum total cost in the whole life cycle of conductor as the principle.Based on simulation results of actual wind farm line parameters and output data,the proposed method could accurately calculate line power loss and provide basis and reference for economical conductor section selection of wind farm.
