摘  要:RIS是6G无线通信的潜在关键技术之一,受到学术界和产业界的广泛关注。RIS不仅具有低成本、低功耗、可编程、易部署、与现有网络兼容等优点,还可以智能调控通信环境,提升信号质量与通信系统性能。首先介绍了目前的RIS通信信道测量实验,总结了暗室、室内和室外环境中的RIS信道特性,然后,对多种RIS信道模型进行了比较,包括大尺度衰落与小尺度衰落信道模型,并探讨了不同模型的适用场景及特点。最后指出RIS信道研究的挑战,包括新型RIS通信信道测量与建模、新频段新场景RIS通信信道测量与建模、参数可调天线与信道一体化建模、普适RIS通信信道建模等,为未来RIS通信信道研究提供重要指导。Reconfigurable intelligent surface(RIS)is one of the potential key technologies of sixth generation(6G)wireless communications and has attracted much attention from academia and industry.RIS not only has advantages of low cost,low power consumption,programmable,easy deployment,and compatible with current network,but also can be used to intelligently manipulate the communication environment to improve the signal quality and communication system performance.In this paper,we firstly introduce current RIS communication channel measurements,summarize the corresponding channel characteristics of anechoic chamber,indoor,and outdoor scenarios.Then,various RIS channel models are compared,including large-scale fading and small-scale fading channel models,and the applicable scenarios and characteristics of different models are discussed.Finally,the future challenges of RIS channel research are highlighted,including channel measurements and modeling for different types of RISs,RIS channel measurements and modeling for new frequency bands and scenarios,integrated parameter reconfigurable antenna and channel modeling,and pervasive RIS channel models.This paper can provide important guidance to future RIS communication channel research.
