摘　　要：女性慢性盆腔静脉病变是导致慢性盆腔疼痛、会阴沉重、紧迫感和性交后疼痛,以及外阴、会阴和下肢静脉曲张的主要原因,其与卵巢和盆腔静脉回流及静脉阻塞有关。本综述旨在探讨诊断慢性盆腔静脉病变的临床表现、影像学检查、治疗方法,以期为临床治疗提供参考。Chronic pelvic venous disease in women is the main cause of chronic pelvic pain,perineal heavy,urgency and pain after intercourse,as well as vulvar,perineal and lower extremity varicose veins,which are associated with ovarian and pelvic venous return and venous obstruction.The purpose of this review is to discuss the clinical manifestations,imaging examination and treatment of chronic pelvic venous disease,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment.
