摘　　要：下肢动脉硬化闭塞症(ASO)腔内治疗是目前血管外科关注及研究的热点,经皮腔内血管成形术(PTA)是治疗下肢ASO的常用方法。随着血管介入技术的普及与发展,推动了介入器材的不断更新与进步。近年来,为了弥补传统球囊的不足,一些新型的球囊系统将传统球囊与先进的物理、药理及显微外科相结合并相继应用于临床治疗中,为下肢ASO的腔内治疗提供了更多选择,本综述就常见球囊的分类、性能进行阐述。Endovascular treatment of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans(ASO)is a current concern and research hotspot in vascular surgery,percutaneous transluminal angiography(PTA)is a common treatment for lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans.With the popularization and development of endovascular interventions technology,it also promotes the continuous update and progress of interventional equipment.In recent years,to compensate for the lack of traditional balloon,some new balloon systems combined the traditional balloon with advanced physics,pharmacology,microsurgery had been applied in clinical practice successively,it provides more options for the endovascular treatment of lower extremity ASO.This paper expounds the classification and performance of common balloon.
