摘  要:血管通路异常所导致的并发症是引起慢性肾脏病衰竭期患者病死率升高的主要原因之一。人工动静脉内瘘(AVG)因相对容易放置和用于早期透析治疗,被认为是血液透析中较常用的血管通路途径,但部分患者在植入后一段时间内表现为内瘘成熟性失败,主要原因是静脉吻合口处新生内膜增生引起静脉狭窄,甚至血栓形成。AVG狭窄是AVG形成常见的血管通路功能障碍,因此,早期预防、早期识别和早期干预AVG狭窄是保证患者血液透析顺利进行的一项重要的工作内容。本文主要针对AVG狭窄的早期预防、早期识别和早期干预进行综述。Complications caused by abnormal vascular pathways are one of the main reasons for the increase in morbidity and mortality in patients with chronic kidney disease during exhaustion.Artificial arteriovenous fistula(AVG)is considered to be a common vascular pathway in hemodialysis because it is relatively easy to place and used in early dialysis.However,some patients fail to mature within a period of time after implantation,mainly due to venous stenosis and even thrombosis caused by neointimal hyperplasia at the venous anastomosis.AVG stenosis is the most common vascular pathway dysfunction caused by artificial arteriovenous fistula,so the early prevention,early identification and early intervention of AVG stenosis is an important work to ensure the smooth progress of hemodialysis.This article mainly reviews the early prevention,early identification and early intervention of artificial arteriovenous fistula stenosis.
