摘 要:“金蝉脱壳”主要应用在无接收井条件下的顶管接收施工中,其防水处理难、变形控制要求高、浇筑施工效率低。依托上海地铁18号线沈梅路站3#出口“金蝉脱壳”顶管接收工程,为克服施工空间狭窄、混凝土浇筑困难,接缝防水处理困难,施工工期紧等问题,提出利用顶管机外壳框架设置分仓浇筑钢板以及设置引导性防排水施工缝等施工措施及工艺,有效解决施工中相关难题并成功应用。该方法可为“金蝉脱壳”顶管接收施工提供借鉴。The“continuous peeling”method is mainly used in pipe jacking construction without receiving shafts,where waterproofing is challenging,deformation control demands are high,and concrete pouring efficiency is low.Based on the“continuous peeling”pipe jacking reception project at Exit 3 of Shenmei Road Station on Shanghai Metro Line 18,this paper addresses problems such as narrow construction space,difficulties in concrete pouring,waterproofing at joints,and tight construction schedules.It proposes construction techniques,such as using partitioned steel plates for casting within the pipe jacking machine's shell framework and setting up guided waterproof and drainage joints.These measures effectively solved the related construction issues and were successfully applied.This method can provide valuable reference for“continuous peeling”pipe jacking reception construction.
