摘 要:牛腿贝雷梁支架在箱梁现浇施工中应用广泛,在施工前必须明确牛腿贝雷梁支架的受力性能,确保施工安全。以某跨越沟谷的连续梁施工时的牛腿贝雷梁支架为研究对象,利用通用有限元软件建立了牛腿贝雷梁支架的模型,对其进行受力性能的研究和结果评估。研究表明:牛腿贝雷梁支架可克服传统的满堂支架的缺点,具有优越的受力性能;结合规范规定的限值,对牛腿贝雷梁支架进行验算,构件的强度、刚度和稳定性均满足规范的要求。Bullock bailey beam support is widely used in cast-in-place construction of box girder.Before construction,the mechanical performance of bullock bailey beam support must be determined to ensure construction safety.Taking the bullleg Bailey beam support of certain continuous beam construction across the valley as the research object,a model of the bullleg Bailey beam support was established by using the general finite element software,and its mechanical properties were studied and the results were evaluated.The results show that the bullock bailey beam bracket can overcome the disadvantages of traditional full beam bracket and has superior mechanical performance.The strength,stiffness and stability of the bull-leg Beret beam bracket meet the requirements of the code.
